Published on 11 November 2009, the Regulation respecting measures to reduce the effects of the financial crisis on pension plans covered by the Supplemental Pension Plans Act is available on the Publications du Québec web site. While it comes into force on 26 November 2009, it has effect as of 31 December 2008.
