Training courses provided by the Régie

The Régie offers courses (French only) that will allow you to acquire basic knowledge for administering a pension plan and about the Supplemental Pension Plans Act.

Training courses

The 2012-2013 training courses are now over. The 2013-2014 training schedule will be available in late September 2013.

Self-training

You will find the information provided during those courses in the sections entitled Role of the pension plan administrator, Pension plan governance, Partition of benefits as well as in Programs, Defined benefit pension plans and Defined contribution pension plans.

You can test your knowledge with our online quizzes for new pension committee members and on partition of benefits between spouses.

Training courses provided by other organizations

Service providers sometimes offer training adapted to a specific pension plan. Check to see if your provider does.
