Obtaining more information about a decision or order 

You can call us for any question about a decision or order Retraite Québec has rendered or issued concerning a:

  • pension plan in the private, municipal and university sectors
  • locked-in retirement account (LIRA)
  • life income fund (LIF).

Contesting a decision or order

If you believe that one of our decisions or orders concerning a pension plan, an LIRA or an LIF does not comply with the Supplemental Pension Plans Act, you have 30 days following the date on which it was sent to contest it before the Tribunal administratif du Québec.

If you cannot file a proceeding online, you can download the form which allows you to institute proceedings on the Tribunal's website or obtain it by mail by calling at 1 800 567-0278.

The Tribunal's decisions are without appeal.
