Dissatisfied with a decision

To obtain more information about one of the Régie's decisions 

Call the Régie for any question about a decision rendered by the Régie concerning a:

• supplemental pension plan
• locked-in retirement account (LIRA)
• life income fund (LIF).

To contest a decision rendered by the Régie 

If a person affected by a decision rendered by the Régie concerning a supplemental pension plan, an LIRA or an LIF believes that the decision is not in conformity with the Supplemental Pension Plans Act, he or she can contest it before the Administrative Tribunal of Québec. To contest a decision, an application  must be filed with the Tribunal within 30 days of the date on which the person is informed of the Régie's decision.

The Tribunal's decisions are without appeal.
