Access to information
The Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information
entitles you to:
- respect for the confidentiality of your personal information
- access to documents concerning you held by the Régie and to your personal information
- corrections to your information if it is incomplete, incorrect, ambiguous or if its collection, communication or conservation are not authorized by the Act.
Requests for access to documents held by the Régie or any other information subject to the Act must be sent by mail or fax to the Régie's officer in charge of access to documents and the protection of personal information:

Inventory of personal information files
Pursuant to section 76 of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information, the Régie must establish and keep up to date an inventory of its personal information files
(French only).
Register of the communication of personnel information
Pursuant to the provisions of section 67.3 of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information, the Régie makes public its Register of the Communication of Personal Information
. The Register includes declarations of the personal information related to information communicated without the consent of the person concerned (French only).
Classification codes directory
The classification codes directory in French only lists the codes used to classify the documents available from the Régie so that individuals can request them.
