Annual management report for 2010
The purpose of modernizing public administration is to prioritize the quality of services delivered to the public and to lay management framework aimed at results, in keeping with the principle of transparency that public agencies adhere to. The Régie des rentes du Québec has therefore evaluated its performance and is making the results public in its annual management report.
