Our quest for best practices and our goal of constant improvement in our services has led us to create and develop several partnerships with public and private bodies.
We consider partnership to be a management method that fits in well with primary government orientations.

- simplification of the rules and procedures for the delivery of services

Resources for administering the laws for which we are responsible
We maintain close ties with the Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale 
and the Ministère de la Famille et des Aînés . We also collaborate with several other departments and agencies, including:
- the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec , which manages the assets of the Québec Pension Plan
- Revenu Québec , which collects workers' and employers' contributions and provides information used to set child assistance amounts
- several provincial and federal government agencies, with which we exchange information in accordance with the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information.
Resources for meeting the people's needs
In association with private sector institutions and agencies that are in direct contact with our clients, our goal is to help our clients exercise their rights and assume their responsibilities.
A resource for improving the quality of our services
The Régie is a member of the Centre d'expertise des grands organismes , which brings together 7 Québec government agencies for mutual support and in order to facilitate improvements in service to the public.
