Most of our publications are free.
To download documents from our site
You can download a publication by clicking on the link below the description.
Once the document has been downloaded, you can record it on the hard disk of your computer, read it or print it.
Visualizing and printing PDF files: You must use the program Acrobat Reader, version 7.0 or later. If you don't have it, you can download 
Adobe Reader for free.
How to order our publications (to receive them by regular mail)
You can order certain publications by clicking on the link "Order the publication" to the right of the document description.
To order a publication:
- Click on "Order the publication". You can add English or French forms and publications from various pages to your cart.
- To see your order, click on "Your cart".
- Indicate the number of copies for each document.
- Fill out the order form.
- Send it to us.
You will receive the documents ordered in about 10 days.
Documents that must be purchased
Not all documents are free. If the document must be purchased, the price will be indicated under "Add to cart". You must print out an order form for each document and send it to us by regular mail at the address shown on the order form.
