The delegations cover powers that the Board of Directors of the Régie have delegated to the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Régie and that he in turn may delegate to the Régie's employees.

The laws administered by the Régie give the Régie several powers. In order to ensure administrative efficiency, the Régie delegates some powers to certain employees.

Code de déontologie du personnel de la Régie

(Code of ethics of the Régie's employees; French only)

It is important for each employee of the Régie to incorporate the Régie's corporate values: public service, integrity and excellence. The code of ethics is a reflection of the duties and obligations that spring from those values and the values listed in the declaration of the values held by the Public Administration: competence, impartiality, loyalty, respect and integrity.

Code d’éthique et de déontologie qui s’applique aux administrateurs

(Code of deontology and ethics that applies to the Régie's administrators; French only)

To carry out the Régie's mission, its administrators must adopt the Régie's management values and encourage their respect. As public administrators, their actions must also be guided by specific ethical principles and rules of deontology in order to ensure and maintain public trust in the Régie and the Public Administration.
