In the Event of Disability

A person with a disability may be eligible for a disability pension under the Québec Pension Plan. This folder explains the conditions that must be met to be entitled to a disability pension and how the payments are made. The children (under age 18) of a person who is deemed to be disabled by the Régie may also be entitled to a pension for a disabled person's child from the Régie.
