You agree:

- not to publish them on a free or for-pay Web site or on an intranet, unless you have obtained the written authorization of the Régie des rentes du Québec, which can be requested from our Webmaster.
- not to remove or invalidate a notice of copyright, any other notice of ownership or a mention of the source, a dateline or any other sign or indicator of origin included by the Régie in an RSS feed.
Subject to the conditions set in these terms of use, the Régie grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to reproduce and download its RSS feeds on your computer.
Any reproduction, modification, use, publication, downloading or display on the Internet, transmission, redistribution or any other utilization of the Régie's RSS feeds or their contents, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the written permission of the Régie des rentes du Québec, except as otherwise expressly provided in these terms of use.
The information contained in the Régie's RSS feeds does not have force of law.
The Régie may at any time and at its sole discretion terminate its news feed service.
If you do not accept these conditions, you must not consult or use the texts or other material available by means of our RSS feeds.
