Why use this online service?

To obtain :

• a plan's name
• a plan's registration numbers (Régie des rentes du Québec and Canada Revenue Agency)
• name and address of the person representing the plan's administrator (contact person)

Which plans does this service list?

Information is available for pension plans currently supervised by the Régie des rentes du Québec.

Information is not available for:

• non-active or terminated plans
• plans with 4 members or less, with the exception of simplified pension plans (SIPP)

When a plan has workers in Québec as well as in other provinces or territories, the plan may be under the supervision of another agency, elsewhere in Canada, that has a mandate similar to the Régie's. In this case, the plan may not be on the list but the other agency must ensure, on behalf of the Régie, that the rights of Québec workers are in accordance with the Supplemental Pension Plans Act.

Four of these agencies provide, on their Web sites, the names of plans under their supervision:
