Application for Simulated Partition of Employment Earnings in the Event of a Separation (Québec Pension Plan)

The application can be filed by one of the former spouses or both, an attorney or a notary.

This form allows you to request a simulation of the partition of employment earnings in the event of a separation. The simulation includes:

• a table of the employment earnings recorded under the Québec Pension Plan and the Canada Pension Plan for the period of your union
• an estimate of the applicant's retirement pension amount before and after partition
• an estimate of the former spouse's pension, with his or her consent.

The simulation provides information to help you make a decision and does not initiate the official partition process.
