With the Your documents section in My Account:

  • you have an overview of the communications and documents sent by Retraite Québec
  • it is easy to find and consult the communications and documents in one place, whenever it is convenient for you.

Gradually, you will find:

  • your Notices of Receipt, Notices of Acceptance or Refusal of an application
  • your income tax slips from the QPP and public-sector pension plans
  • your Statement of Participation under public-sector pension plans
  • your Statement of Benefits and the Statement of Deposits under public-sector pension plans
  • your Family Allowance notice
  • etc.

The documents sent to you by Retraite Québec will be gradually added to your digital file.

The digital option allows you to:

  • save time by eliminating postal delays
  • save the environment by reducing the use of paper
  • consult your documents, in an easy and safe way, whenever it is convenient for you.

Gradually, you will find:

  • your Notices of Receipt, Notices of Acceptance or Refusal of an application
  • your income tax slips from the QPP and public-sector pension plans
  • your Statement of Participation under public-sector pension plans
  • your Statement of Benefits and the Statement of Deposits under public-sector pension plans
  • your Family Allowance notice
  • etc.

Should you choose to receive your communications and documents digitally, they will gradually become available in My Account only and you will need to sign up for notifications to be informed when a change has been made to your file, such as the addition of a document or a follow-up on your application.

    • application for a change in conjugal status (Family Allowance)

    • annual notice (Family Allowance)
    • Statement of Deposits (public-sector pension plans)

When you file an application online with Retraite Québec, you can receive a notification for 3 different steps during the study of your application

  1. Confirmation of the reception of your application
  2. Missing information or document
  3. A rendered decision.

The notifications you receive are safe and respect the confidentiality of your information

  • No personal information will be included in the email or text message
  • You will receive a note to consult My Account to see any changes made to your file.

  • the amounts to which your family could be entitled to in the event of death (QPP)
  • the amount to which you could be entitled to in the event of disability (QPP)
  • your Statement of Participation under the QPP
