Application for a New Transfer Under Agreement

You must verify whether an agreement has already been concluded between the administrator of your previous retirement pension and Retraite Québec.

• If your previous pension plan administrator concluded a transfer agreement with Retraite Québec, you must fill out and sign the Application for Transfer Estimate (Appendix «A») form and send it to the appropriate agencies. The form is available in the List of agencies and plans affected by a transfer agreement.
• If your previous pension plan administrator does not have a transfer agreement with Retraite Québec, you must fill out and sign the Application for a New Transfer Under Agreement (RSP-365A) form and send it to Retraite Québec.
