Disability and your children
If you are granted a disability pension, your children under age 18 or those who have been living with you for at least one year will be entitled to a
pension for a disabled person's child
. This pension, which is added to your disability pension, is $89.45 a month for each child, in 2023.
If your child is handicapped, you could be entitled to a supplement for handicapped children. For additional information about the supplement, refer to the section entitled
